RULES & REGULATIONS

OUR ACCOMMODATION STYLE:
Accommodation is usually provided on a twin-sharing (2 Adult) basis and (2 Adult + 1 Child) basis. We also provide family-wise rooms, i.e., 3 Adults in a double-bedded room. In the case of a triple-bed room, sometimes a floor mattress may be provided.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
3/2 Deluxe Bus Fare, Accommodation in Hotels, All food (Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea with snacks, and Dinner). We will not serve any Bed Tea during the journey. Sightseeing as mentioned in the respective tour itinerary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Accommodation at Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, Gourikund, and Soneprayag will be on a dormitory basis.

  2. In case the tour is extended due to any unavoidable circumstances, the extra cost will have to be borne by the party.

  3. Tour programme may be changed/altered/varied/extended even in the course of the tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, bus breakdown, local bandh/strike/agitation, road blockage, or any other such mishap.

  4. Due to natural calamity/strike/political disturbance, if the tour is cancelled, passengers have to pay 20% of the tour price as detrimental charges to compensate for the tour cost. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the tour is cancelled by us, the entire advance/deposit amount will be refunded without any compensation.

  5. Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property or any other belongings whatsoever of the tourist due to accident, theft, robbery, or any other unwanted incident during the tour.

  6. No cancellation will be accepted over telephone. For cancellation, please provide your original receipt at the office with a written letter.

  7. If anybody cancels the tour after reserving the seats, the amount shall be refundable to the passenger after deducting an amount from the total bill in the manner stated below in the chart.

BOOKING RULES:
Seats are normally reserved on payment of 20% per head as an advance. The full payment of the tour price should be deposited 30 days before the scheduled date of the journey.
